Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, thyme, cayenne pepper, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions (approximately 4 oz. each) and shape them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Cook the Patties
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Once cooked, allow the patties to cool completely before placing them in an airtight container for storage. They can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for longer storage.
