Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, thyme, cayenne pepper, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions (approximately 4 oz. each) and shape them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

  4. 4

    Cool and Store

Once cooked, allow the patties to cool completely before placing them in an airtight container for storage. They can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for longer storage.
