Assembly Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Brownies
If not using store-bought brownies, prepare your favorite brownie recipe and allow them to cool completely. Cut into squares.
- 2
Scoop the Ice Cream
In a large serving bowl or sundae dish, add 1 cup of vanilla bean ice cream.
- 3
Add Hot Fudge
Warm the hot fudge sauce in a small saucepan over low heat or microwave until melted. Pour half of the hot fudge over the ice cream.
- 4
Layer the Brownies
Place 1 piece of brownie on top of the ice cream and fudge layer.
- 5
Repeat the Layers
Add another cup of vanilla bean ice cream on top of the brownie, followed by the remaining hot fudge sauce.
- 6
Top with Peanuts
Sprinkle the Spanish peanuts generously on top of the fudge.
- 7
Serve Immediately
Enjoy your Chophouse Sundae immediately while the ice cream is cold and the fudge is warm.
