Prepare the Steak

Baste the Steak
As the second side cooks for another 4-5 minutes, use a spoon to baste the steaks with the melted butter and rosemary for added flavor.
- 6
Check for Doneness
Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. For medium-rare, aim for 130°F (54°C).
- 7
Rest the Steak
Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest on a cutting board for about 5-10 minutes before slicing.
