Method

Prepare the Meats

  1. 1

    Slice the Meats

Using a sharp knife, slice the salami, prosciutto di Parma, and black pepper salumi into thin, bite-sized pieces.

Make Crostinis

  1. 2

    Prepare the Baguette

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick pieces.

  2. 3

    Brush with Olive Oil

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.

  3. 4

    Bake the Crostinis

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and let cool.

Marinate the Olives

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix the mixed olives, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and red chili flakes.

  2. 6

    Marinate

Let the olives marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Prepare Fresh Fruit

  1. 7

    Wash and Cut

Wash the seasonal fresh fruit thoroughly. If using larger fruits like apples, slice them into wedges.

Serve

  1. 8

    Assemble the Antipasto

On a large platter, arrange the sliced meats, crostinis, marinated olives, and fresh fruit. Drizzle local honey over the fresh fruit or serve it on the side.

  2. 9

    Enjoy

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious antipasto!
