3. Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet to ensure even roasting.
4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and lightly caramelized and the carrots are fork-t tender. Flip the vegetables halfway through roasting for even browning.
5. Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, toss lightly to coat, and serve hot.
