Flame-Grilled Salmon, Grilled Shrimp, Herb Butter, Lobster Butter Sauce, Steamed Rice, Broccoli

In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Prepare the Herb Butter

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Grill the Salmon

Skewer the shrimp and brush with olive oil. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

In a small saucepan, combine lobster stock with a few tablespoons of the herb butter. Heat over low until melted and combined.

Make the Lobster Butter Sauce

While the salmon and shrimp are grilling, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Steam the Broccoli

On a plate, serve the grilled salmon and shrimp over a bed of steamed rice, topped with the lobster butter sauce. Add the steamed broccoli on the side and garnish with extra herb butter if desired.
