Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Grill them over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let them rest.
2. Cook the Linguine
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Make the Cream Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Mix in the diced tomatoes and half of the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
4. Combine and Serve
Slice the grilled chicken and add it to the cream sauce. Toss in the cooked linguine and mix until well combined. Serve hot, topped with remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, alongside garlic bread.
