Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Preheat your brick oven to 450°F (232°C). Slice the ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Bread

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the ciabatta bread. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over both halves, followed by the grated parmesan cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake the Bread

Place the prepared bread in the brick oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the garlic cheese bread from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then cut into slices and serve warm.
