Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Boil the lobster in salted water for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from water, let cool, then crack the shell and extract the meat.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Mussels

Clean the mussels under cold water and remove any beards. Steam them in a pot with a splash of water for about 5-7 minutes until they open. Discard any that do not open.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Tuna Poke

Dice the tuna into small cubes and mix it with soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onions, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Oysters

Shuck the oysters and arrange them on a serving platter. Serve with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Shrimp

If not pre-cooked, boil the shrimp until they turn pink (about 2-3 minutes). Chill and serve with cocktail sauce.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Platter

Arrange the cocktail shrimp, oysters, mussels, lobster meat, and tuna poke in an appealing manner on a large platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired.
