Method

Grilling and Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Season shrimp, scallops, and salmon with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Make the Crab Cakes

In a bowl, combine jumbo lump crab meat, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Form into cakes and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Grill the Seafood

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, scallops for about 2-3 minutes per side, and salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.

  4. 4

    Cook the Crab Cakes

In a skillet over medium heat, add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Cook the crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Asparagus

Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.

  6. 6

Make the Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes

Boil 2 lbs of Yukon Gold potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
