    In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh lobster meat, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until well combined and set aside.

    Lightly butter the inside of the New England-style buns and toast them on a skillet or griddle until golden brown.
