Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Coat the Cauliflower
Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch to the bowl. Toss the cauliflower florets until they are well coated.

Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Add Chili Sauce
Once the cauliflower is crispy, remove it from the oven and toss it with chili sauce until evenly coated.

Serve
Transfer the chili cauliflower to a serving platter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and top with microgreens before serving.
