Method
Fill a highball glass with ice (about 1 cup). Pour 2 oz well vodka (or premium vodka for upgrade), 0.75 oz fresh lime juice and 0.5 oz simple syrup over the ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig. Serve with a straw if desired. Estimated serve: 1 cocktail.
Fill a copper mug or rocks glass with crushed or cubed ice (~1 cup). Add 2 oz well vodka, 1.5 oz cranberry juice and 0.5 oz fresh lime juice.
Top with 3 oz ginger beer and gently lift/stir once to combine.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 2 oz well gin (or swap for premium gin), 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice and 0.5 oz simple syrup.
Top with 2 oz club soda (or tonic 3 oz for a gin & tonic variation). Stir gently once.

Shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds and strain over fresh crushed ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon twist.
To make any of the above cocktails 'premium', swap the well spirit for its premium counterpart at the same volume (2 oz) and optionally add 0.5 oz Cointreau to citrus-forward recipes for extra depth.
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 1 oz well gin (or 2 oz base spirit), 0.5 oz sweet vermouth or amaro and 0.5 oz premium orange liqueur if using. Stir for 20–30 seconds until chilled and dilute to taste; strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over a single large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.
