Build & Serve

1

Chill glass

If time allows, chill the wine glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill briefly with ice water then discard. A cold glass keeps the spritz crisp.

2

Add ice

Fill the chilled glass about three-quarters full with fresh ice (approximately 1 cup).

3

Pour limoncello

Measure and pour 1.5 oz house limoncello over the ice. This is the sweet citrus backbone of the cocktail.

4

Add Prosecco

Slowly pour 3 oz well-chilled Prosecco into the glass. Pouring slowly helps preserve bubbles and avoids foaming over.

5

Top with soda

Gently add 1 oz chilled club soda (or sparkling water) to brighten and lighten the spritz. Use the back of a bar spoon if you want an even softer integration.

6

Stir gently

Using a bar spoon, give the cocktail one or two gentle turns to combine ingredients without flattening the Prosecco.

7

Garnish

Finish with a lemon wheel placed on the glass rim or floated on top. Optionally tuck a fresh mint sprig next to the lemon for aroma.

8

Serve

Serve immediately while cold and effervescent. Provide a straw or allow sipping from the glass.
