Lobster

Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Grilled Asparagus

Method

Ribeye Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.

Lobster

  1. 4

    Prepare the Lobsters

While the steaks are resting, prepare the lobster tails by cutting the top shell lengthwise with kitchen scissors.

  2. 5

    Cook the Lobsters

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add lemon juice and stir. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat and grill for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.

Loaded Mashed Potatoes

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into equal-sized pieces. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil.

  2. 7

    Cook the Potatoes

Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

  3. 8

    Mash the Potatoes

Add butter, milk, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes. Mash until creamy and well combined.

Grilled Asparagus

  1. 9

    Prepare the Asparagus

Wash the asparagus and trim the tough ends.

  2. 10

    Season and Grill

Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
