Fish

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Rinse the fresh line-caught fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them on a clean cutting board.

  2. 2

    Season the Fish

Sprinkle both sides of the fish fillets with salt and black pepper.

Marinade

  1. 3

    Mix the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until well combined.

  2. 4

    Marinate the Fish

Place the seasoned fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Preheat the Grill or Oven

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (around 375°F or 190°C).

  2. 6

    Cook the Fish

Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Transfer the cooked fish to a serving plate. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot, accompanied by your choice of side dishes.
