Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Grilled Asparagus

Lobster and Butter

Method

Loaded Mashed Potatoes

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into quarters. Place them in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add salt and bring to a boil over high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Potatoes

Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender. Drain the water.

  3. 3

    Mash the Potatoes

In the same pot, add butter, heavy cream, sour cream, salt, and pepper to the drained potatoes. Mash with a potato masher until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Add Flavor

Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Grilled Asparagus

  1. 5

    Prepare the Asparagus

Wash the asparagus under cold water and trim the tough ends.

  2. 6

    Season the Asparagus

Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 7

    Grill the Asparagus

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place asparagus on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Lobster and Butter

  1. 8

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat.

  2. 9

    Bake the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and pour over the lobster meat. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  3. 10

    Serve with Lemon

Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster tails before serving.
