Chicken Satays

Marinate the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Skewer the Chicken
Thread the marinated chicken strips onto the skewers.

Cook the Chicken Satays
Grill the skewers on a preheated grill or grill pan for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
Spicy Peanut Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and water until smooth.
Beef Satays

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine Indonesian soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and lime juice.

Marinate the Beef
Cut the beef sirloin into strips and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Skewer the Beef
Thread the marinated beef strips onto the skewers.

Cook the Beef Satays
Grill the beef skewers on a preheated grill or grill pan for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked to desired doneness.
Crispy Tofu

Prepare the Tofu
Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut it into cubes.

Coat with Cornstarch
In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.

Fry the Tofu
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated tofu cubes until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
