Prepare Cured Meats

    Slice Cured Meats

    Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the prosciutto, salami, and capicola. Arrange them neatly on a serving platter.

Marinate Olives

    Prepare Marinade

    In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary (chopped), and red pepper flakes.

    Marinate the Olives

    Add the green and black olives to the marinade. Toss well to ensure the olives are coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

Prepare Additional Accompaniments
