Wagyu Flank Steak Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chimichurri

In a food processor, combine the garlic, red bell pepper, parsley, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, and salt. Blend until finely chopped. Slowly add olive oil while blending until well combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.

  2. 2

    Cook the Rice

In a medium saucepan, bring the water or broth to a boil. Add the rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Steak

Rub the Wagyu flank steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Steak

Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved. Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Slice and Serve

Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips. Serve warm with garlic rice and drizzle with red pepper chimichurri.
