Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Crab Imperial

In a bowl, mix together crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness, season with salt and pepper, and coat them with panko breadcrumbs.

3

Cook the Chicken

Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the panko-coated chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

4

Bake with Crab Imperial

Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish, top each breast with the crab imperial mixture, and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

5

Prepare the Asparagus

While the chicken is baking, steam the asparagus until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

6

Make the Lemon Butter

In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

7

Serve

Plate the mashed potatoes, top with the crab imperial chicken, serve with asparagus, and drizzle with lemon butter.
