Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt and cook them in a skillet over medium heat until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let them rest before slicing into strips.

  2. 2

    Make the Chili Remoulade

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and salt. Mix well until smooth and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Slaw

In a separate bowl, toss together the shredded cabbage and carrots. You can add a bit of lime juice or salt if desired for extra flavor.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Wraps

On each flour tortilla, spread a generous amount of chili remoulade, add the chicken strips, top with the Asian slaw, and sprinkle with pepper jack cheese. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.

  5. 5

    Grill the Wraps

Place the wraps on a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden and crispy.

  6. 6

    Serve

Cut the wraps in half and serve with your choice of house side.
