Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the New York strip steak with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Make the Old Bay Butter

In a small bowl, mix together the unsalted butter and a teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper. In a non-stick skillet, melt a small amount of the Old Bay butter over medium heat. Add the eggs and gently scramble until they are just set. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Potato-Crab Hash

In the same skillet, add the diced cooked potatoes and cook until they are crispy and heated through. Add the crab meat and stir until combined and warmed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of white bread until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, serve the sliced steak alongside the scrambled eggs, potato-crab hash, and toasted bread. Top the steak with the Old Bay butter and enjoy!
