Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the smoked turkey and bacon into small pieces. If using store-bought tomato relish, measure out 2 tablespoons.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Omelet Base

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper until well combined.

  4. 4

    Cook the Omelet

In the same skillet, pour in the egg mixture. Let it cook undisturbed for a minute or until the edges begin to set.

  5. 5

    Add Fillings

Sprinkle the chopped smoked turkey, cooked bacon, and Swiss cheese over one half of the omelet. Allow to cook for another minute until the cheese begins to melt.

  6. 6

    Fold and Serve

Carefully fold the omelet in half over the fillings. Cook for another minute, then slide onto a plate. Top with tomato relish before serving.
