Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Finely chop the red onion and chives. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Heat the Pan

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  4. 4

    Cook the Omelet

Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet. Allow them to cook for about 2-3 minutes, gently lifting the edges with a spatula.

  5. 5

    Add Fillings

Once the eggs begin to set, spread the cream cheese evenly over one half of the omelet. Add the smoked salmon, capers, red onion, and chives.

  6. 6

    Fold and Serve

Carefully fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute. Slide onto a plate and serve warm.
