Prepare the Jalapeños
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Jalapeños
Spoon the shrimp mixture into each jalapeño half, pressing down gently to pack it in.
