Poach the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning and stir to combine.

Add Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the boiling water. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Drain and Cool
Drain the shrimp and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, drain again and set aside.

Make the Guacamole
In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with lime juice and salt until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare the Spicy Sauce
In a separate bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and finely chopped jalapeño. Mix well.

Assemble the Cocktail
In serving glasses, layer the guacamole and poached shrimp. Top with the spicy jalapeño cocktail sauce.

Garnish
Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and serve immediately.
