Sausage Hash

French Toast

Fried Eggs

Method

Sausage Hash

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sausage Hash

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened.

  2. 2

Add diced potatoes and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the potatoes are golden and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

Slice the bratwurst and add to the skillet, cooking until browned and heated through.

French Toast

  1. 4

    Make the French Toast

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  2. 5

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak slightly.

  3. 6

Cook the bread slices in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Fried Eggs

  1. 7

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  2. 8

Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until whites are firm and yolks are to your preferred doneness. Season with salt and pepper.

Assembly

  1. 9

    Assemble the Dish

On each plate, serve a portion of sausage hash, top with fried eggs, and serve French toast alongside. Drizzle with maple syrup as desired.
