Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Broccoli

In a pot of boiling salted water, add the broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

2

Cook the Rockfish

Season the rockfish fillets with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

3

Make the Lemon Cream Sauce

In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

If using pre-made mashed potatoes, heat them according to package instructions. If making from scratch, boil peeled potatoes until tender, mash with butter, and season with salt and pepper.

5

Serve

On each plate, serve a portion of mashed potatoes, the cooked rockfish fillet, a generous drizzle of lemon cream sauce, and a side of broccoli.
