Prepare the Broccoli
Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

Make the Lemon Cream Sauce
In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the Rockfish
Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the rockfish fillets with salt and pepper. Add the fillets to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve
Place a serving of mashed potatoes on each plate, add the cooked rockfish on top, and drizzle with the lemon cream sauce. Serve alongside steamed broccoli and garnish with fresh parsley.
