Prepare the Shrimp
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.

Make the Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Seasonings
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the sauce. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Prepare the Tomato Relish
In a separate bowl, combine diced tomatoes and sliced green onions. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toast the Bread
While the shrimp is cooking, toast the slices of French bread until golden brown.

Serve the shrimp hot, topped with the tomato relish, and with toast points on the side. Garnish with chopped parsley.
