Main Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Lobster

  1. 1

    Boil the Lobster

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster and cook for 8-10 minutes until it's bright red and cooked through. Remove and let cool slightly before cracking the shell.

Cooking the Steak

  1. 2

    Grill the Steak

Season the New York strip steak with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Making Coleslaw

  1. 3

    Mix Coleslaw Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Preparing French Fries

  1. 4

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the cut potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

Making Caesar Salad

  1. 5

    Toss the Salad

In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well and serve immediately.
