Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Thinly slice the red onion and green pepper.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Panini

Spread garlic aioli on one side of each slice of ciabatta bread. On the non-garlic aioli side of one slice, layer salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, red onions, and green peppers.

  3. 3

    Top and Grill

Place the second slice of ciabatta on top, garlic aioli side down. Heat a panini press or skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes on each side.

  4. 4

    Serve

Cut the panini in half and serve warm with your choice of house side.
