Method

White Chocolate Amaretto Ice Cream

    Prepare the Base

    In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and milk over medium heat until steaming. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped white chocolate until melted.

    Mix and Cool

    Stir in the amaretto, sugar, and vanilla extract. Cool the mixture to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.

    Churn

    Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

    Freeze

    Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.

Caramel Apple Ice Cream

    Prepare the Base

    In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat until steaming.

    Mix Apples and Caramel

    Once the base is ready, fold in the diced apples and caramel sauce. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

    Refrigerate until cold, then churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Mango Sorbet

    Make the Syrup

    In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, and heat until the sugar dissolves. Let cool.

    In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, lime juice, and the cooled sugar syrup. Blend until smooth.

    Chill and Freeze

    Chill the mixture in the refrigerator, then pour it into an ice cream maker and churn until it reaches a sorbet consistency. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
