Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Sauce the Wings
Remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour your choice of sauce (Buffalo, Old Bay, BBQ, or honey habanero) over the wings and toss to coat.

Serve the wings hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
