Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half.

Fry the Brussels Sprouts
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Brussels sprouts, cut side down, and season with salt and black pepper. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and crisp.

Make the Citrus Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and mustard until well combined.

Combine the Ingredients
Once the Brussels sprouts are fried, remove them from heat. Toss them in a large bowl with the citrus vinaigrette, bacon jam, and chopped pecans until they are well coated.

Serve immediately while warm for the best texture and flavor.
