Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half.

  2. 2

    Fry the Brussels Sprouts

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Brussels sprouts, cut side down, and season with salt and black pepper. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and crisp.

  3. 3

    Make the Citrus Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and mustard until well combined.

  4. 4

    Combine the Ingredients

Once the Brussels sprouts are fried, remove them from heat. Toss them in a large bowl with the citrus vinaigrette, bacon jam, and chopped pecans until they are well coated.

  5. 5

    Serve
