Toast the Hoagie Rolls
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until they are warm and slightly crispy.

While the rolls are toasting, grill or boil the quarter pound hot dogs according to your preference until they are heated through, typically about 5-10 minutes.
- 3
Prepare the Chili and Cheese Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat the beef and bean chili over medium heat until warmed through. In another saucepan, heat the cheese sauce until melted and smooth.

Assemble the Double Chili Cheese Dogs
Once the hot dogs are cooked and the rolls are toasted, place each hot dog into a hoagie roll. Generously spoon the warm beef and bean chili over each hot dog, followed by a drizzle of cheese sauce. Top with diced red onions.
