Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Bread Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the stale bread cubes and chocolate chips. Set aside.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and peanut butter until smooth.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture over the bread and chocolate chips. Gently fold to ensure all bread is soaked.

Bake the Pudding
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is set and slightly golden.

Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on top.
