Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the egg, and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs.

Cook the Chicken
In a skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the panko-crusted chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

Make the Crab Imperial
In a bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, and mix gently. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each toasted roll, place a lettuce leaf followed by a slice of tomato. Top with the cooked chicken breast and a generous scoop of crab imperial. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich.
