Prepare the Shrimp
In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Fry the Shrimp
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the shrimp in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried shrimp with buffalo sauce until well coated.

Assemble the Wrap
Take a flour tortilla and spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing in the center. Add a handful of shredded lettuce, a few diced tomatoes, a generous amount of buffalo shrimp, and a sprinkle of pepper jack cheese.

Wrap it Up
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Serve
Serve the wraps while warm with your choice of house side.
