Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Breakfast Potatoes

Wash and dice the breakfast potatoes into small cubes. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to absorb excess grease.

  3. 3

In the same skillet used for the bacon, add the sausage links and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  4. 4

    Fry the Eggs

Using the same skillet, crack the eggs directly into the skillet and cook them to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, etc.), seasoning with salt and pepper. This should take about 3-5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Toast the Bread

In another skillet or toaster, toast the slices of white bread until golden brown. Spread butter on top if desired.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Fruit Salad

In a bowl, mix together the mixed fruit for a refreshing side.

  7. 7

    Assemble the Platter

On a large plate or platter, arrange the fried eggs, crispy bacon, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, fruit salad, and toasted bread for a hearty breakfast.
