Ingredients for Breakfast Flatbread

Method

Directions for Preparation

  1. 1

    Caramelize the Onions

In a skillet, heat garlic oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the Italian sausage and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

  3. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the skillet and scramble until just cooked through. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Flatbreads

Preheat your wood-fired oven to a high temperature. On each piece of flatbread, layer the scrambled eggs, diced ham, cooked sausage, caramelized onions, and crumbled bacon. Top with shredded jack cheddar cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake the Flatbreads

Place the assembled flatbreads in the wood-fired oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
