Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Caramelize the Onions
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown and caramelized, about 15 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Beef
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Season the sirloin beef tips with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
Stir in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, Old Bay seasoning, corn relish, and caramelized onions into the skillet. Simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through.

Combine the Ingredients
Add the cooked spaghetti and fresh spinach to the skillet. Toss everything together until the spinach wilts and the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

Serve
Serve the beef and shrimp pasta hot, garnished with additional Old Bay or herbs if desired. Enjoy with garlic bread on the side.
