In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Add Cheeses and Seasoning
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheeses until melted and smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.

Fold in the shredded barbecue brisket, mixing well to combine.
