Prepare the Shrimp
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap each shrimp with a bacon strip and secure with a toothpick.

Bake the Shrimp
Place the wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine arugula, cucumber, and red onion. Toss with ginger vinaigrette to taste.

Glaze the Shrimp
Once the shrimp are done baking, brush them with Thai chili sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

Plate the arugula salad, top with the bacon-wrapped shrimp, and garnish with crispy gyoza strips.
