Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Then add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let it Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your wood-fired oven to around 800°F (427°C) for optimal cooking.

Shape the Pizzas
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and let them rest for 10 minutes before shaping them into pizza bases.
