Cooking Instructions
Marinate the Pork Chops
Place pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Sauté Onion and Potatoes
In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until translucent. Add the cooked potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Cook the Green Beans
In another skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add trimmed green beans and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Grill the Pork Chops
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Serve
Plate the grilled pork chops with confit red potatoes and sautéed green beans. Drizzle any remaining glaze from the marinade over the pork chops before serving.
