Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
2. Marinate the Pork Chops
Place pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
3. Cook the Potatoes
In a pot, add halved red potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
4. Sauté Onion and Potatoes
In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until translucent. Add the cooked potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Cook the Green Beans
In another skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add trimmed green beans and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
6. Grill the Pork Chops
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
