Cheesecake Ingredients

Method

Cheesecake Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crust

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden, then remove from the oven and let cool.

  2. 2

    Make the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and mix until well combined. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, and mix until smooth. Then, add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until fully incorporated.

  3. 3

    Add Fruits

Chop the strawberries and bananas into small pieces. Gently fold the chopped strawberries and bananas into the cheesecake mixture.

  4. 4

    Bake the Cheesecake

Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.

  5. 5

    Cool and Serve

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Top with additional sliced strawberries and bananas if desired.
