Chop the red bell peppers, onion, and garlic cloves finely.

Add Peppers and Spices
Add the chopped red bell peppers and red pepper flakes to the pot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the canned diced tomatoes and vegetable broth. Stir well and bring the mixture to a simmer.
