Ingredients
Seared Tuna, Sautéed Spinach, White Bean Salad, and Pomme Frites
Preparation Steps
1. Prepare the Pomme Frites
Cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden.
2. Sear the Tuna
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the tuna steaks with salt and black pepper. Sear the tuna for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.
3. Sauté the Spinach
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Prepare the White Bean Salad
In a bowl, combine the white beans, cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
